Shipment and Delivery

ORDER CONFIRMATION

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing detailed information about the goods ordered and your delivery information. Please review the details of your order carefully, and contact us immediately if there are any discrepancies. If you do not receive the confirmation email within 24 hours, please check your spam folder.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive another email containing the tracking number for your order.

  • $8.99 will be charged for orders under $59.
  • Free shipping on orders over $59.

  • We strive to ensure timely delivery, however, there may be instances of extended shipping times due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, wars, embargoes, riots, etc. Such circumstances may result in delays of up to 5 business days. In these cases, we will maintain close communication with the carrier and keep you updated on the status of your order.
  • Due to certain restrictions, we are unable to ship to some regions in the United States. We do not deliver to U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, military facilities (APO/FPO addresses), or diplomatic locations (DPO addresses).

THE DELIVERY TIME

Total delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time

Processing time: We try our best to process all orders within 1-2 business days of receipt, but it can take longer during peak periods (holiday seasons, big sales, etc).

Shipping time: 14-20 business days

INCORRECT ADDRESS/SHIPMENT TRACKING

  1. Please ensure you provide the correct address at checkout. Sivadesignart will not be responsible if your order is delivered to an incorrect address.
  2. If you need to change the delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible at customer@sivadesignart.com.
  3. For orders returned due to an incorrect delivery address provided, you will be required to pay the cost for reshipment.
  4. If you contact the carrier to request a reroute or redirection of your package after it has been shipped, and the package is lost, stolen, or damaged during this process, Sivadesignart will not be liable for any loss.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES OR DAMAGED

We take all reasonable precautions to ensure that products are not damaged. If a product is damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the goods at customer@sivadesignart.com with your order info and images of the damaged product attched.

ORDER CONFIRMATION AND TRACKING

After completing your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email (please check your spam folder if you cannot find it). Ensure all information is correct. We will ship to the address you provided on the checkout page. Additionally, we will send you a shipment confirmation email containing a tracking number. (Click Here and input tracking number to track your order). You can visit the courier company's official website and use the tracking number to track your order.
Note: Please be aware that the tracking is valid for 60 days. If you contact us after 60 days, we will be unable to assist you.

DELIVERY TIME EXCEEDED

  • In the event of force majeure, order processing may be delayed. However, we will make every effort to expedite your order. If your order is delayed, please contact us at customer@sivadesignart.com, and we will promptly verify the situation with the shipping company. Thank you for your understanding.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
